about

recorded at 4 in the morning in my living room. there is a strange angle between the buildings that creates a wonderfull echo. the birds love it of course. the lyric is from my sister, Anne-Marie Turza who is a well know canadian poet. the poem is taken from her first book of poetry called, "the quiet".

lyrics

A man is sewing button holes into the wings of moths. The wings tear, and the man keeps sewing. It is long ago. The world still has an end.
The man carries the moths there. Gently. They begin their long falling.
--- Anne-Marie Turza, "The Quiet"
